Welcome to the website of Déborah Boussemart, Lawyer and Representative in real estate transactions
Member of the Paris Bar since January 2018, I advise clients on all aspects of the real estate sector, both in consulting and in litigation. My practice encompasses the entire lifecycle of commercial leases as well as residential leases. I regularly advise clients in relation to implementation of termination clauses, in particular in the event of rental arrears, evictions of indelicate tenants, construction law, co-ownership law, summary proceedings (“référés”, “référés préventifs”), procedure for judicial determination of rent, assistance in the context of a legal expertise concerning the determination of the rent or in matters of construction law, assistance to change the destination of premises (residential/offices/commercial premises /cinaspic, i.e. facilities in the collective interest). I can assist you in these areas. I am also a representative in real estate transactions, and regularly declared to the Paris Bar Association for this activity. I am therefore able to assist you in the sale or the purchase of your property in addition to my main activity of advice. In addition, I devote a part of my activity within Osborne Clarke, in which I am an associate. Doctor of Law, I hold a Master’s degree in Bank and financial markets specialising in Real-estate engineering (M2) and a Master’s degree in private Law, specialising in Business Law (M2) completed by a training course at the Institute of construction and housing (ICH) of Paris in real estate valuation. I also worked as a tutor for the academic years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 in Urban and Regional Planning Law at the Université Paris Cité (formerly Université Paris V - Descartes). |
