In a press release dated 4 April 2024, the government announced that it had included two measures to help retailers in its bill to simplify business life.
Among the various proposals to simplify business life are the monthly payment of commercial lease rents and the capping of security deposits, which can weigh heavily on the cash flow of commercial tenants.
Terms, conditions, waiver and public order protection have yet to be determined.
