A member of the Paris Bar since January 2018 as a lawyer, Maître Boussemart assists you in real estate and business law.

As a partner to her clients, she provides pragmatic, clear answers within reasonable timeframes.

She spends part of her time working as an associate at AARPI Péricaud Avocats.

She is also developing her personal clientele, and in this capacity she assists you in the following main areas:

  • Commercial leases (lease renewals, rent reviews, collections, notices to quit, orders to pay, proceedings for the acquisition of resolutory clauses, etc.)
  • Co-ownership (recovery of charges from unlawful co-owners, mortgages, seizures of property or rents, changes of managing agent, justification of expenses, etc.)

  • Summary proceeding so called "Preventive" or summary proceedings for the appointment of a legal expert
  • Acquisitions/transfers of businesses or leasehold rights (shops, hotels, etc.)
  • Audits/due diligence on share deals or asset deals

  • Auctions - Representation at public auctions / declarations of winning bidders

Ms Boussemart has developed her expertise in real estate and business law with renowned law firms such as the Anglo-Saxon law firms, Osborne Clarke and Allen Overy, as well as Poirier Schrimpf & Associés, a boutique firm specialising in commercial leases and property law.
